for posterity's sake, and for friends like jillo and rz who have made countless (empty) promises over the span of three years to visit my hostel room, i present to you, my sanctuary. my home away from home. in some ways, this is more home than home.

i prefer the room to be in semi-darkness. it's something i picked up frm yipingpong in year 1.




notice a different mobile phone in every picture. apparently these hall photos chronicle my use of phones as well! haha... the paper pinned on the bottom-right corner of the bulletin board is my moodchart for the month of April '05 from This Diary Will Change Your Life.



when the room gets too stifling, i come out here for a breather. this is also where i take my phone calls. having a corner room has its benefits :)




the awesome view i used to enjoy! ... until ntu decided to build a school for SADDAM, i mean, SADM, right on my garden of eden. i dont take pictures of this view anymore. it's too painful :'(
