there's one thing right now tht is driving me nuts. im desperately looking for a particular version of "My Baby Just Cares For Me" by a female jazz vocalist. it's not Nina Simone, it's not Natalie Cole and it's not Cyndi Lauper, although their versions are the most easily available. i keep thinking it's by Julie London (i also want the Julie London version btw) but it's so not cos Julie London's voice is much lower. the one im looking for has a voice more like Stacey Kent and the rendition is much happier and upbeat. ive googled, ive sieved through all 367 results on amazon.com and i still cant find it! ive been looking for months! argh. probably even a year. im positive tht finding it is gonna improve the quality of my life.

i will also appreciate it if anyone has any Sophie Milman to share.
