my left eyelid has been twitching for the entire week. is it a good or bad sign?

and i'm feeling inexplicably anxious. my hands are cold, my feet keep clenching and i'm experiencing heart palpitations.

am i having a heart attack?

(or am i falling in love? haha)

woops, gotta go. got a fashion show to catch. kinda.
