knock some more i knock your head
im at my wit's end.
the construction site directly beside my block wakes me up and keeps me up in the mornings because of the immensely loud and echoing banging noises it makes. not everyone is an early bird alright?! i happen to rely on these crisp-air, dew-covered moments of the day to top up my sleep quotient cos im simply not a diurnal mammal. pff.
it's not the drilling or the banging of metal against metal of the massive machines that disturb me. believe it or not.
it's the freaking little hammers the workers use.
apparently the knockings create some sort of echo which reverberates from a great distance away so they sound like they're knocking on my very wall...
one guy knocking away is bad enough.
try having a cacophony of knockings.
it's absolutely amazing how much damage such a little instrument can cause. it's wrecking havoc to my peace of mind. bah. no, more than that. it's driving me up the wall.
