11.15pm am reclining in bed reading bridget jones and periodically dabbing at small pool of blood seeping out of belly.

11.45pm unfortunately developed the hiccups at this time, causing a well of blood everytime i *hic*. marvellously surrealistic. am sure bridget would approve. (v.g.)
