这世界无奇不有
i get that human beings are generally a curious species. they like to crowd around and look at whatever everyone else is looking at, even if it's absolutely nothing, because there is almost nothing worse than being the last to know. knowledge is king, and therefore the nosiest must surely be king.
i can even try to understand the twisted logic of hoping to strike 4D with cars involved in traffic accidents. ......... ok lah, i dont really understand that at all. i mean, if the carplate numbers are really that lucky they wouldnt have allowed their drivers to langgar their cars in the first place right.
what i really really dont get is this.
taking pictures of an empty field that's been cordoned off by the police.
for fck? so you can look back ten years later and reminisce and tell your grandkids "ah ma was there the day they found the head of that poor woman. what? where is her head? err i think it's in that blue tent there.. eh, no, that's a dustbin. err dunno leh, cannot see. no no, i didnt know her. i was just passing by and decided to take a photo to commemorate that day."
am i the only one to find this behaviour bizarre?? i know it was a grisly murder, and therefore make for irrepressibly sensational news. but taking pictures as if it was the eiffel tower?
i just dont get it. i dunno lah.
